I find that gently running a pumice block over key areas of me along with t-gel soap on windows and other things, along with weedblock fabric stops or mutes audio invasions that aren't normal.

Hello insilence: From whence do you believe these audio invasions come? What is it about the things you're using, do you think, that makes them effective for you in muting these invasions? I personally have not had this kind of experience. So I cannot really relate to what you've written. However, if it's working for you, then that must be a good thing, it seems.

im careful about what i think they are. i know they utilize a combination of access to read and react to us. i think how i got to affect them with more than just meds is because i use muscle/brain flexing techniques to expiriment and find how they make sounds in my head.

Would you feel comfortable sharing what you're hearing?

they started out sounding through fans and fridges, air vents. it seemed like a voice to skull attack from the start.
then one day they were as loud as jet engines sounding from the walls, and outside from the sky.
at first it was calm voices telling me to obey them. then it turned into evil beings touching me trying to kill me, i had a seizure once from that
all along i knew it was a technology but took me some tries to affect it

So, I take it you are comfortable with these experiences. You feel like you have an understanding of what's going on & even have some control over it.
