Been feeling nothing but really depressed, really paranoid and really irritable. Dont know what to do and it wont stop and its ****. I cant even type its ust so hard.

i am sorry you are feeling so bad. well naturally the first question is are you seeing someone? it sounds like you need to talk to someone, maybe consider being evaluated for meds. if you are not functioning, maybe even the hospital. that is the extreme. i would start with a therapist.

My Pdoc is yet to give me an appointment.. He's taking ages.

I personally find that trying to be kind to yourself helps,
hot chocolate if you like it or something sweet..
some candles..
uplifting music or music that doesn't bring you down..
and if you have noone to give you a hug, just give yourself a hug.

Animals can really help too.. visit someone who has a pet you can interact with..
I have a cat, she is amazing.

music is a great relief, you should turn the radio on and get into some good oldies if you have good memories or just a station you like
