Hi, I'm new to the site. I have psychotic depression and I missed my evening dose of meds last week and have been on a downward spiral ever since. The depression hasn't been bad, it's been the hallucinations and delusions. They've almost been unbearable. Can really one missed dose mess you up that much?? I see my psychiatrist in a few days. It just seems unreal. I hope it goes away soon.

The drugs we take can cause all sorts of problems if we miss a dose. I hope that the problems ease up for you very soon but you should certainly talk about it with your pdoc when you see him.
