People's what they are thinking...

For example,

I am thinking one or speaking about that one...

Mostly thinking,

Other people's are saying the same one...

I am not asking this one is what type of disease...

I know it's paranoia. ..

But there is any chance to know about other people think ...and thoughts. ..

Really I can't to sleep every day night. ..

many times I have try to myself as following ..

This not real...don't to be think like this...then if I am going outside other some ****er people's did speak like what I am thinking and thoughts then what I am speaking in my phone. ..

Now also I can't to sleep. ..

Help me guys...
