ive been obsessing a lot about my mental health lately...partly is because i have noticed something goin wrong with me....i have very disturbing racing thoughts, i seem to be incapable of socializing anymore, i worry a lot, questioning my every move....sometimes i would jump and act...sometimes i would questions myself for about 30 sec before acting....i find it difficult to sleep anymore....delusions and anxiety issues involved together with symptoms of an avoidant personality disorders...
