SO my therapis t wants me to paint a picture
Or draw a sketch depicting what I feel in one of my psychotic States?
Not sure that I will be able to oblige her. I have always been very good with words and am wondering if maybe it would be better for me to try and describe it using such.
I mean, how do you describe something with either pictures or words, that you yourself are so utterly unable to understand?
The feelings I experience during psychosis are... inhuman

Hmm that's tough. I think it's your therapy and if words work better for you then you should use them.

For me, I think I envision wind blowing through trees just beginning to bud and destroying them. Not a very happy picture to paint.
