hi ive been talking about this method in various ways here.
i use clozapine which takes care of the crazy stuff i was hearing/feeling.
but the voices were different but still there.

What i do is 3 fold,..medication, external blocking, mental manipulating.
for mental manipulating..or simulation therapy i treat the voices and pain/feelings as though they use interface technology. I imagine, visualize, feel and force the aspects of what i look to quiet or stop within my body by visualizing nerves, muscle tissue, vessels etc.. over time this will work if done properly. Its all mind over matter in the end.
