Well done on facing your fears & getting your mail. I'm sure it wasn't half as bad as you thought it would be. That's the problem with anxiety, it makes you think of the worst case scenarios & you get yourself worked up.t6yreet54 (that last part was added by my cat ) I found it a real help just reminding myself of that every time it played up... most the time, your anxiety is out of proportion to what will actually happen.

Mmm, sounds nice. Especially the cinnamon coffee, I've never tried that.

Thanks Loial! Yes, my anxiety definitely gets out of control. I can manage something like the mailbox early in the morning before a lot of people are around but these doctor appointments have me terrified.

I really want to see my nurse, I have a lot to talk about.

I really want to get evidence of gang stalking, I want someone to admit to me on camera, that they are a gang stalker.

I have arrived. I'm glad the trip is over. A little anxious about seeing my cousins since it's hard to find something to talk about, but really just very happy that I can relax for a while.

I'm also a very light sleeper, but not as extreme as you newtus. Maybe it has something to do with schizophrenia?

That's a really nice sketch, moonsun! A little hard to see all of the details on my phone, but it looks beautiful.

Did you guys realise there is a sub-forum in Psychotherapy called "Romantic Feelings Towards My Therapist". I think it gets the award for containing the best thread on PC too, just take a read: You know you have erotic transference when..

yeah i am very aware of that subforum. it triggers the hell out of me but sometimes i read it. i feel like i want to save all of those people and tell them what its REALLY like if you engage in an intimate relationship with your therapist. odds are the majority of those people wont experience that, but i know what its like and it really damaged me. i know fantasizing about your therapist is very normal, and i dont judge them for it. but since ive been through that it really triggers me

I have to separate Aristotle in 3 dialogues, probably 8 pages each but It will be easier to organize this way. Plus, who wants to sit down and read 24 pages straight on Aristotle when they could be reading not the ground work but the actual storyline. Speaking of which, I need more filler, more storyline. I have a couple of ideas... My life is kind of boring. I wake up, make breakfast, go to the gym, library until it closes, drink with a pal or two. That's really it. Except on work days. Then I just work and binge on Netflix.

Work drama: The business owner's daughter who works for the company is secretly dating a guy that works for the company. What makes this so bad? She is married. Boss and his wife do not believe in divorce either. There are so many things wrong here. My friend just invited me to go over there where the two star crossed lovers will be. I don't want any part of it. The boss's daughter is pretty cute but not worth losing a limb and a job cute. They're so stupid and driven by emotion that they can't see the consequences. I drew a line in the sand when I started to work with her telling her that she reminds me of my sister and treating her like one.

Quiet here tonight! What's everyone up to? (or not couple of posts since I wrote this)

I'm just listening to some Mary Timony, not sure anyone would have heard of her:

Will be bed time for me soon though, that's 8:30pm these days. Got to love meds eh.

I don't know, that sounds pretty normal to me.

I don't really do a lot with my days, I generally browse the forums, watch Netflix, maybe go for a walk or run sometimes. At weekends that involves seeing my parents too but I got no friends here.

I actually got asked by a NP who was assessing me, what I did with my day, answered that minus the running & he actually had the audacity to say "don't you think other people would view that as a bit boring?" I said it didn't make a difference to me but was pissed off at him for saying that. I didn't like him overall really.

I know that given the opportunities may days would be much more varied and involve friends but as I said it's just circumstances. It doesn't get me down, it's just life.
