OK so a lot of the time, when someone asks me a question ( it may be very simple), sometimes i have the urge to lie and it is really strong, stronger than the urge to tell the truth and i have to keep correcting myself. It is annoying because i just want to flow with conversation - and i don't want to lie.

Does anyone else have similar problems?

I do. But I usually end up saying I lied.
