hey Junk. I also wanted to add my hugs. I know it's still probably a bit of a shock. I'm really glad you got to see her. When my grandpa died, I didn't get to go to the funeral, but I got to be with him shortly before he died. It was a really special thing. My grandma gave me a book of stories that my aunt recorded and had written down. I still haven't read them, I don't know why exactly. We are here for you, no matter what.

when my aunt died in november of 2014 Junk i was devasted. i think you all remember. i cried everyday. i still cry to this day. she was a wonderful woman in her early 60s. she had a heart attack. she didnt deserve it.

I'm so exhausted. I don't even feel like I sleep. I close my eyes for a second and suddenly it's morning. I don't have any dreams ever when I'm in this mood.

Barely slept last night. Think I'm definitely getting depressed I feel awful. Doesn't help that I'm alone a lot. I would call my parents but I want them to think of me as an independent adult so I'm struggling along on my own.

I am taking the train today. I hate traveling. I absolutely hate it. And I just found out the stupid train doesn't even go from the main station because they're doing work on the rails, so I have to spend 45 minutes taking different overcrowded buses and waiting at different stations and stops because they didn't even bother to add extra buses to fill in for the trains. This is going to be hell. I just want to go to bed and cry until I fall asleep again but I can't. My stress level is 10/10.

Not going to my psychology appointment today. If I tell him anything that's going on I'll probably end up back in hospital, which I don't want. Maybe I won't but it's hard to tell and I can't take that risk that I won't say something stupid that'll land me back in there. I didn't ring to cancel so I can expect a phone call... I hate talking over the phone, I always sound so rude because I just answer 'yes' and 'no' so it'll end. Ughhh not doing the best at the moment so I'm not.
