Wow these things get full fast!

As if being sick wasn't enough, I woke up with my eye glued shut and when I was finally able to pry it open it's red and gooey and it itches!
So the kids not only gave me their colds, they gave me pink eye too.

morning.

reporting this morning from clinic. saw my therapist. about to see my pdoc. my therapist didnt want to see me because i had a headache. she said "well you cant concentrate with a headache". i said "i paid 25 dollars plus medicare for this appt. so im gonna have this appt".

When I had pink eye, it was so bad that my mom brought me to the ER.

I've been to the ER like 7+ times because it's a small town and quicker.

i had another cluster headache so bad this morning. it was grueling driving and having this headache. my eye felt like it was swelling up and it was watery. so was my nose. i just wanted to close my eyes while i was driving. thats how bad i felt. my eyes kept wanting to close on their own. i took some zyrtec and it helped so it might have been allergies.

i got my pdoc to lower my haldol from 20mg to 15mg but keep my ambien and xanax the same

Had my exam today, I think it went...okay. I rambled a lot and it kind of read like how I write when I'm not very well, like really disjointed and random. And I kept forgetting words so it took longer. Hopefully it was okay

Saw my psych doc this morning, was good.

He basically said I was over the hump now. He said last year was bad for me, hospital visits, heavy doses of drugs, but now I'm in the clear. Stable, on a good dose of drugs. Made me very happy to hear him say that.

the reason i asked my pdoc to lower my haldol was because it was making me lethargic and too sleepy to do school and what they call ADLs (activities of daily living. like showering and cooking and taking of myself and hobbies etc). thats why i was on the wellbutrin to up my energy. so my pdoc took me off the wellbutrin and lowered my haldol which is what i wanted her to do and kept my xanax and ambien the same. which is what i wanted her to do.

so thats the explanation for that.

saw T... it went well. i liked the session. i feel good. i got my hair cut. it was getting way too long. the lady who cut it said it was long like 20 times. like shed never seen long hair before. it was kinda weird. and i felt awkward bc im not good at small talk in those situations. ok overall tho. at my moms now.

I had thought you were taking less haldol than that already---like 10mg or something----

yea but my plan was to be able to take what Im prescribed. which Im not. i need to and im not. i want to. so maybe this is a step in the direction i can go in. everyone think Im taking EVERYTHING Im prescribed and Im not. i need to. so maybe this little change can help me.

so i hope to take 15mg tonight and see how it goes because i feel really paranoid today. like really bad. i thought they poisoned my dad at the deli today and followed me to my house and been calling me on my phone all day.

i know im being gangstalked but the flare up is bad right now.
