so medication (clozapine 250mg/day) has stopped the crazy chatter to random voices observing me.

BUT

these items all play a part in blocking them externally which it does work externaly in some manner.

Memory foam pad between wall and fridge
wind copper and silver wire and then wind around faucets and tape to walls
charcoal mesh screen taped to walls, along floor-walls, in all vents
cotton face swabs in vents and along floor-walls
mix dandruff shampoo with dish soap and water and paint on walls
glue stick dabs on key points of body during the day
wax smudge with finger on all walls, objects, appliances
weedblock fabric over windows
old microwave doors under bed

download a app called "gauss meter" switch to tesla read and look for 45uT or more and use the above methods on those areas.

also sage leaves from the grocer around the bedroom in all corners and on appliances.
