I've really had it with people (not medical professionals) telling me to how to put up with or ignore the voices. Easy for them to say, do they have voices in their head everyday telling them to kill themselves or others? No. The fact is I'm the one who has to live with it. I'm the one who can't shut them out. And I'm the one who is gettting tired. The doc's can no longer help with meds. Meds I've had to stop because of a stroke (who knew serequel could cause high blood pressure and your heart to go faster? Not me.) Anyway I have tried other anti-psychotics non work. Do people have to make me feel worse than I already do. I already have to live with me telling myself their not real. Do I have to live with them too?

((((((((((((((Dooney))))))))))))))

I'm sorry you are not getting any support from folks. That's got to be so hard to deal with on top of everything else.

Try to realize that those who are not professionals don't know the answers, but sometimes in their own inept way are trying to help you and not hurt you. If what they are telling you is not helping, then maybe you can tell them nicely, thanks for your ideas, but it's more involved than just trying to ignore the voices.

I pray you can find some peace soon. Keep posting, it could help with releasing some of your anger and frustrations.

*Gentle Hugs*

Thanks J. I never really thought about it that way. I appreciate you bring it to my attention, it will defiantly help me dealing with these people. Sorry I was angry and frustrated and let it be known. Next time I post I will be sure to make sure I temper what I say.

I'm glad I could help hon. Please, no apologies for feeling the way you did. It's ok. I'm glad you were able to come here and get it out there so it didn't keep eating you up inside! Sometimes putting it all down helps to put it all into place so you can look at it more clearly. It's all good Had enough!

Take good care of YOU!

Hugssss
