I'll reply properly when I can think of a few, there's been too many good ones recently.

BUT Ex Machina was fantastic, really good one to watch right now, stop what you're doing... get to it... c'mon... chop chop!

Snow Piercer is a sci fi one. It was fun and intellectually stimulating.
Thanks for this!

I loved Inside Out! It made me crry!

I'm a superhero fan so all Marvel movies are great, but especially the Thor ones.

Well I just watched Insidious Chapter 3 because I'm a total horror movie junkie, LOL. In all fairness though I like the Insidious series, they're not typical for the genre(by typical I mean: "hot young lady gets chased around and/or possessed by a demon and everyone dies" simplistic kind of plot lol).

I just watched the 5th season of walking dead. They killed off my favorite character. I felt it. She was the beautiful lyre of the show.

I really enjoyed that movie.

Another great film with Robin Williams in it is Awakenings.

Yes Stephen hawking, I'm not sure why delusional though. They made it seem like his wife was responsible for most of his success and recovery from the initial depression surrounding his dx. It just made me start thinking about my own life and how I haven't tried very hard since being sick and maybe I should try a little harder.....

If you like those I'd imagine you'd like Good Will Hunting as well... have you seen that?

I say delusional because he thinks everything can be melted down to one equation. Try that on morality, try that on the perception of beauty, try that on acting out with a mental reason to act (freewill) instead of a physical cause. Physics is based on probablism where if everthing was top down probablism then how can we have mathematical precision hip and thigh, how can we have logical certainties.

I could go on and on.

It's about a janitor at MIT who is an undiscovered genius (Matt Damon) who comes to the attention of one of the professors but then gets into trouble. As such he has to start seeing a psychologist (Robin Williams) who tries to help him find the right direction in life while the professor teaches him.

Unlike the other two, it's fiction but it's still very moving, thought-provoking & inspirational. I'm sure you'd like it. Fantastic film.

Just watched Mr turner , indie type movie , that's engaging , not a very appealing lead but its definetly got something. A movie despite it all , manages to be a very human tale.
