If you are not hallucinating or hearing voices... just being tense around people.. bcas I feel like I give out some bad vibes so people look at me.. or give me weird looks.. sometimes angry looks.

So basically to sum up... can someone have schizophrenia if there is no hallucinations or hearing voices? just a bit on edge around people..

I think you need more than paranoia to be dx'd with schizophrenia.

I don't think being 'just a bit on edge' around people is enough to be diagnosed with schizophrenia.
Thanks for this!
