I've had extreme anxiety for a year about a memory that I thought was true but later realized was probably a dream. I honestly don't know if it really happened or not.
Then today, I had a thought pop into my head that something happened which I knew 100% didn't happen, although it felt like it did.

I think you're just very anxious. I've also had memories which were mostly dream content. In my case, the memories weren't very important. (Involving tv shows, etc.) None of that has anything to do with psychosis or schizophrenia. Do you have a therapist? That might help for your anxiety. Good luck.
Thanks for this!
