the voices started as loud resonances in my ears and head. i mentally kept pushing them out.
they ended up in my left ear when plugged only but all over outside unplugged. used blocking materials to stop external resonance areas meds that worked for me clozapine and zyprexa here are all objects and materials, lotions/soaps that had affects to reduce or change them. White lotus flower-yi yi ren lotion gold bond lotion dandruff shampoo wax salt baking soda onions spices silver wire copper wire gold wire aluminum cans charcoal mesh screen weedblock fabric styrofoam memory foam rubber materials other non metal screen
