Took a Klonopin this morning for anxiety, seems to have calmed it down for much of the day.

Edit: as soon asI say that I get anxious, my luck

Kinda news to me. Just read apparently pH can affect the duration of amphetamines, so it can help in that regard. I guess that's what you mean?

Still bit dubious, as it depends more on your overall diet rather than just a single supplement & there are other factors that will play a role too.

AFAIK, the only real benefit to taking magnesium as far as stimulants are involved, is to relieve bruxism etc.

Quite common for people who drop MDMA to take magnesium for such purposes. Not that I'd know anything about that of course...

It's as simple as that. Good for you.

I've not smoked a cigarette this year... had my last one around 4pm on the 31st of December. Couldn't face another year of smoking.

I've been using nicotine mouth spray. I had actually been trying on and off for a year, with the only success being cutting from 25 a day down to 10.

I've now only got just under 3 weeks left before I'm nicotine free. Down to 5 sprays a day now. So far any doubts about cutting down on the sprays have been unfounded... sure that'll be the case by the time I'm off nicotine completely as well.

Will be the 2nd time I've quit using NRT. And last.

I hate sitting around in be and just being bored, better than being paranoid at school but not by much. I feel worthless, like what am I worth if i'm just sitting around and being a leach.

I've heard about people popping a few Prozacs on the come down to boost serotonin or taking some 5-HTP.

I think the magnesium works for tolerance personally when I lower my stimulant use. Therapeutic doses still work well.

I don't believe that there's such thing as tolerance if they are taken as prescribed which is what my first psychiatrist said. If I feel like taking too much, I take a couple sprays of nicotine like 10. I have overdone nicotine before when I first used it and that's not fun..

I think low pH like orange juice cleans it out quicker so people take baking soda when they take their stimulant.

Magnesium doesn't help me with bruxism or it does maybe. I think it's permanent but it's not that bad anymore.

Thanks for the replies. I'm gonna start reading up on the effects of smoking. Doing that helped motivate me last time. I found the first few days hard and then it gradually got easier. I gave up for a year before and then I went to Amsterdam and then well......I smoked more than just tobacco lol
