Don't know if I should go to ER
I'm having thoughts of people touching me and they won't go away, I feel like I am losing control of my mind
I currently have a psychiatrist and am on meds , but this is tough to handle

Could you contact your psychiatrist first and see what they say. They may be able to adjust your meds without you having to take a trip to the ER

Contacted my psychiatrist
She tried to call me twice but I was at work
She said to go to the ER IF IT persists
