I'm worried my phone is being spied on,
Every call I make I keep hearing beeps and electronic noises in the background, like someone is pressing a "record" button and its recording my messages

I am concerned its the police that's doing this, I've done something bad in the past and I know they're coming for me

I'm pretty sure this isnt a delusion, but some people told me it doesn't sound realistic.

I'm just really scared, I know they are recording my messages because I hear the beeps and I know my phone is being spied on,

But I'm trying really hard to convince myself its not true. But I just.. cant.

I had the same delusion while I was losing my grip on reality. It's a very scary thing, even if it is a delusion--the feeling is still there. You're a great person, Kori. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Let the past be past, and if people try to dig it up, just chalk it up to people reminding you that you are human, and that the point of life is to learn and be a better person. Next problem.

do this test for me, try smudging wax on the back of the phone where you can clean it off, wax helps me reduce the intrusions. the sounds arent happening in the phone, their actualy happening in the ear drum shaped to sound like its coming from the phone. I know its hard to believe. just try wax and see if the sounds get softer or go away. wax interupts bio-signal transfers in the technology. they tried to kill my car many times, crank called me, turned my internet off via the cable. i narrowed them down to what i believe are using fields within you/me, everyone to harrass. dont show fear or paranoia, theyre goals are to get you in trouble.

The only way I could deal with it was acceptance. They monitor everything that I do and say, and there's nothing I can do about it. So why worry?! Obviously at times I do still worry, but I have panicked so many times about the police coming for me etc - I even went to the Police myself to confess and go to prison - but they don't actually seem to want me to go to prison. I think they just like torturing me. And so I just tried to get on with my life as best as I could despite their attempts to torture me. I don't know if any of that is helpful or could be applied to your situation
