I don't know what to do with them anymore and i don't have a psichiatrist to talk withh anymore and i don't want to be inpatien because i end up worse, i ened up worse each time i was.
Meds don't work for me I am tied of doctos drugin me and things making me sick andd poolecats. But i donot know what to do. I don't hae melatonin wnymore
