My hallucinations are getting a lot worse lately, I could feel myself getting hit really badlqy yesterday and i could feel myself bleeding a lot even though I couldn't see it and I felt like I was gonna throw up from the pain. Today I'm still in a lot of pain everywhere i was hit, so like, all over my back and legs and right side and I wanna know how it hurts so bad if it's not real. Also shoild I take painkillers? or will those not help because the injuries aren't real

That's called tactile hallucinations. I'm not sure on the pain killers. It could trick your mind since it thinks your body is in pain. I've only felt one once. I bumped into my main visual hallucination and he felt like a real human.
