Is it possible to have Schizoaffective disorder and be 90% controlled with medication, I get primarily depressed and at times have bad paranoia but like i said 90%-100% of the time its controlled

or is it possible to have the wrong DX

It simply could just be your meds working. Talk to your doctor about it. (S)he might could add something to help.

But yes. There's many disorders with the same symptoms.
