Heyyyy how is everyone today??? I was feeling like a BIG (not bit!) psychotic/ED mess but I took some anti-anxiety meds and whiskey and I feel SOOO CHILLL hello!

Having a vicious panic attack. My kids aren't home and I'm missing them. Took some Ativan and hoping it helps.

Waiting for my son to get out of the shower so I can go to bed. I'm exhausted so he better hurry up.
I got all the laundry washed dried and put away. Same with the dishes. I'm feeling pretty accomplished. I hate putting away clothes. We've been living out of baskets lol.

Out of the hospital, diagnosis changed from schizophrenia to schizoaffective bipolar type. Am on some new meds too, one for high cholesterol, and Lexapro instead of Paxil

Thanks! It seems like I'm always asleep because I use this stuff to get me to sleep and if there aren't any loud noises I can stay asleep for hours and hours. :/
