Missed a day of medication, felt so clear-headed. But I know if I stay off it i'll relapse.

I just hate all psychiatrist. They all want to convince me to take meds to control me and **** my mind. I did it for three days I am not any better, I will do as I promised for a total of five days and then I am gonna tell them to **** off.

Psychiatrists pretty much only deal in meds, if you are looking for something else I would see a psychologist.....

My psychiatrist is also a therapist, I can't pay anything else, this I get it's through the public health system.

The cycle seems to be you stop taking meds, get hospitalized... return to some level of functioning then immeadiatly come off meds again. That's no way to keep going if you want to think about college next year...

Just keeping it real, because that's what you'd do for anyone else.
I kind of don't mind the depot I was on, I mean I had no side effects. But they kept pushing to change it to meds I had really bad side effects on. They're still pushing abilify which makes me mad dizzy and faint. They're not happy to keep me on the depot I was on because they're not sure it was working and I'm not happy to go on a new one. So coming off them all completely sounds like a plan, we'll see how it goes. Thanks for your concern guys and I can see where you're coming from but I need to return to a normal level of functioning without the help of medication. Psychology is my way forward!

Doing a bit of everything I think, I've been seeing this guy for over a year. Bit of CBT and DBT thrown in for good measure. But it's not your typical 12 week or whatever CBT course, but more than talk therapy on it's own.

Apparently when you first start taking AP's you're a lot more vulnerable to acute dystonia than when you have taken many AP's over a long period of time. So going on a new AP after being on many before you're less likely to get dystonia. Apparently.

My mood is really irritable and incoherent, I am going to ask my pdoc for a mood stabilizer. This is not myself, I am not that way and I realize now I finally could calm down for a minute.

Good morning, waiting for class to start. Have a sociology test later today. Woke up around 5 am, have a lot of school work to do but I'll get it done. Financial aid refund checks will be disbursed next week so looking forward to that. I really need new clothes. I have 2 pairs of pants that fit me and a couple shirts.

A day off, nice. Ran out of my antidepressant and felt off so I didn't go to class. So kind of like I made a day off, only not the best day.
