I can only sleep 4 hours a night here for 5 days

They took away the Concerta again and I've been taking as prescribed for 2 years straight.

I can't sleep. Zopiclone doesn't work.

They will give me Trazadone 50mg

Is that enough to sleep?

Firstly, I would never torrent on my phone, for security reasons. Secondly, download uTorrent , this is where your files will be sent to once you've found them. Try reddit for links to websites that have torrents. Like piratebay and kickasstorrents. Then if that doesn't work post or find a post on reddit where someone is asking the same thing and see what they say.

Not being able to sleep really sucks---that happened to me in my first break----are you having more psychotic symptoms?

I'm not sure about trazadone----haven't ever taken sleep meds aside from seroquel.

Took 4mg clonazepam and 60mg dextrometorphan. I don't metabolize dextrometorphan well, for me it's like taking 300mg. Music is ameazing.

I don't feel well lately.. I rarely sleep without having dreams since a long long time, whether nightmares or weird dreams. Those dreams, most of time, including someone I had lost in past. I am not sure who that person is, but in dreams I know I had lost him, it's like an unfinished story that keeps trying to find closure but still hasn't succeded. I think that someone is my late dad. Or my late grandfathers. I am not sure. Thing is the world in those dreams feels more real than real world, thank God I have insight and knowledge now about my illness. Oh well. This is the life for me..

I'm having symptoms and didn't notice. The psychiatrist pointed it out but I was at the end of my Abilify injection. In also taking the oral 10mg again.

Amphetamines don't even keep me awake like this. It's so weird I go from sleeping a staggering amount of hours before staying awake for days and then it's happening again. Maybe I have underlying schizoaffective like my cousin idk.

I was hearing voices a few days ago and seeing things in great psychedelic detail when I closed my eyes.

I was using heavy opiates/opioids with stimulants and benzos all day every day. I'm very cautious with it and avoided death.

Eventually I took too much magic mushrooms in chemical form and they thought there was something wrong with me and there isn't.

Magic mushrooms (legal form - 4-AcO-DMT) are like MDMA but sedating. I've never had such an beautiful, incredible experience like that in my life. Music was meaningful as if the artists were on shrooms and on those you can only understand.

I signed up for a new psychiatrist. This is my 3rd psychiatrist at the moment. It's a concurrent mental illness-addiction psych ward unit. I don't want to do it but I might as well.

I kept refusing the Zyprexa because it makes my muscles stiff etc. The Cogentin was refused too because I was getting blurry vision.

I'm ok now and 4-AcO-DMT is the only drug I'll take because it IS everything that I was looking for in stimulants. Every 1-2 weeks at 100mg is extremely therapeutic for me.

Not fentanyl type drugs. This is where I'm saved. I feel content.

Just can't sleep though the insomnia is really bad.

I think I tried to sleep for like 6 hours last night with 4 hours of sleep. The nurse couldn't find the Trazodone prescription.

My family doesn't care as much anymore because I lied and said I stopped research chemicals.

I have to go back to my unit right now I only get half an hour twice per nurse shift on my phone.

I smoked a cig never have in a long time it reset my brain a bit but I'll have to stick to the nicotine gum.

Oh I read somewhere that a dream cannot happen when we are taking a nap because of REM something something doesn't exist until something something and dream only happens during REM. Thats a lie I dream while taking nap too

Wait.. maybe case like mine is an exception because of a loooong nap?

Usually they say you can go up to 200 mg of Trazodone. But that may not be advisable for your drug cocktail.

I think if you are sleep deprived you can fall into R.E.M. more quickly too.

I love remembering my dreams in a nap. I'm not sure about what you heard but I can dream whenever I nap, the problem is I can't remember them lately. I sometimes have deja vu about dream content, but my mind can't explore it.

I think the worse they can do is give you a warning

Is anyone up? I haven't slept yet because I'm so used to taking tizanidine. But it makes my muscles lose all their strength the days after. It hasn't come out of my system yet.

I thought of taking half a pill, and maybe i will. 🤔

I saw my pdoc and I was given 25mg of lamictal. Maybe I am more on the schizoaffective side. I don't have a diagnosis yet, also, I stopped the amisulpride, I can't live without my entities.

Sorry I've been quiet as of late... I just don't feel very much like posting.

Doesn't really look like going up to 30mg with citalopram has made any difference... I don't hold that much hope for 40mg.

Just going to have to keep going & try my best to make sure I'm on top of everything before we start back next week.

They don't want to give me the Concerta because he's Irish. In Ireland they don't prescribe stimulants to stay awake. He says it's bad for schizophrenia. For me is the opposite now. I got 5 hours of sleep tonight which is better than 4 hours at least..
