I am diagnosed as Bipolar I and borderline personality disorder. Is it normal with bipolar to have crazy problems with paranoia. EXP. I think people are trying and plotting to hurt me in one way or another. I don't even trust all family members at times. I think people follow me and talk about me badly. Sometimes I think I just lost it. I even think my physical doctor is agaist me to the point that I refuse to go back.

I have paranoia issues. I'm diagnosed Schizoaffective from Bipolar, because my psychosis is a prominent disturbance with my mood symptoms. If you have psychosis and paranoia out of mood then talk to your doc about Schizoaffective illness. I you just have paranoia, ask about strategies to conquer it. If you only have paranoia then you are still Bipolar.
