Hi all,

Can anyone recommend any good books on how to deal with delusions and paranoid thoughts? I have heard about CBT and found via an old thread the book "Overcoming Paranoid and Suspicious Thoughts: A Self-Help Guide Using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques".

I am also interested in more alternative books (e.g. understanding paranoia through feelings) if they exist.

Other sources such as websites could also be a help.
