I really have no idea where this one came from...
I was paralyzed with fear. I couldn't get it out of my head that aliens were going to enter my apartment and continue their poisoning of me with mercury. Aliens are a common theme to my delusions and psychosis... but poisoning or mercury haven't been there before. Eventually I fell asleep and got only an hour or two. The next day I was shaken and exhausted... and embarrassed because I told my wife about it. |

Poisoning is a common theme for psychosis, I thought that my sleep disturbances were caused by caffiene in my water in the night and sleeping pills in my water in the day. Sorry this happened to you....
