Hi last week i met a new person and he is very nice but i am always shy/afraid to see him and get these thoughts that he does not like me but when i say hi to him he said hi back in a excited voice. yeserday i vomited because i got nervous I see my Pdoc in at the end of the month. i am on abilfry for these thoughts but thinking about asking about seruqel

Do you have a therapist that you can challenge these thoughts with?

That sounds like anxiety. Don't let the negative thoughts control you.

I think cognitive behavioral therapy will help you a lot because it changes the way you think.
