In my case, I thought real people were spying on me, looking at me,talking to other people about me, looking in my windows, following me, and trying to put things in my food. The people were real, but they were not really spying on me, watching me, talking about me, looking in my windows, following me, nor trying to put things in my food. My brain was creating those delusional thoughts. The auditory hallucinations--voices-- tend to say negative things about me, a running commentary of me and my actions.

I hear people talking about me all the time, some are there and some are not. They all say negative things and it makes me not want to go anywhere. I used to be social but not now, people just don't understand.
