How do you know if you truly have psychosis?

My pdoc avoid psychiatric labels unless it is necessary for acmedical report. He just gives his opinion and tries to help mevto figure out what to do with that, but i don know if it is neurosis, psyxhosis, or whatever. I dont think it is se omethinh wrong, but i cannit avoid wondering a little bit. He wont say anythibg because demons get mad and then make me mad when he tries to make my experience an illness.

But sometime i cannot avoid Wondering, doubting...

If he doesn't diagnose, who said you have sz, DID and C-PTSD then??

Personally, I am not interested in diagnoses, or diagnonsense as my friend calls it! It's just one person's opinion after all. They change their minds all the time! Finding ways to adequately manage your difficulties, whatever they are, is most important IMO.

Thank you.

He wrote psychosis /Schizophrenia /schyzotypal on his medical notes and i found it out when i was released from ip since they gave me my medical records all the times i was released from ip. The first tine was schyzotypal and the second one Schizophrenia, the las time i wad ip it was "" psychotic disorder".

Twice he said he believe i have cptsd and severe dissociative issues, but doesnt talk about it when i talk about symptoms, he just focus on the symptoms and forget the labels.

So when i tell him certain things i dobt know if they are normal problemams, neurotic, psychotic or whatever....

Oh and Twice he named Schizophrenia, the first one i think it was wheb he wrote that on the records but he didnt focus too much on the label and refocused on the symptoms. Thr second one was when he said i was a weird case and was difficult to know what was trauma and what psychosis since they mix (.?) I think i have residual effects from my past, i told him and he agreed, but didnt said "it is residual Schizophrenia", but i wrote it in my signature becsuse i believe if i have Schizophrenia it must ve residual.
