Yeap, I've noticed that as well, would you have concentration problems due to the fact that you have to read the words in your head via subvocalizing or self-talk, as they will mob you as you are trying to read or enjoy something, this does happen to us, I try playing something in my ears to block out the remote, live streaming experiences.
Also playing a scatter frequency or white noise can block out both you and your harassers. |
