I don't know whether to recommend a high watts mod or a lower watts mod. I still use a lower watts system because of my COPD. But if you don't have permanent lung damage, you can use any high wattage regulated mod, and a compatible tank. There would be recommendations at e-cig forums and the vaping underground.

He never comes right out and criticizes anything, but he lied a bit. 6 mg nicotine is low for a smoker, not high. And you probably want a set up that will last past 7 hits before charging. I think this is not a good product for someone switching from smoking. You want something that will give enough vapor and nicotine. You might want to chain vape at times and you couldn't do that with this. I'm on the open systems side of vaping. But if you get a closed system like this one, and if it helps, enjoy yourself lol!
