I got off work early, so I began to read summaries of the philosophy text I'm beginning to read to make sure I extract everything from the text. I'm not enjoying this book at all, but I always knew this was going to be the hardest chapter. Kant is a song of a ***** to crack.
I started watching Wild Wild Country on Netflix. It's a documentary. It's pretty wild. I needed a break though so i started to read the news. Boy was that depressing, and there's only so many cat videos. :/ |

I see my doctor tomorrow after work. I’m nervous. I love seeing my doctor because he’s so nice and I have a crush on him but I got heavy **** to unload and I’m worried what he’ll say.

I downloaded the heart rate monitor app. Got the idea from Newtus. You put your finger in front of the camera and flashlight and it measures. Or your face.
I got 90bpm and that could be more accurate than when I was checking myself with the stop watch and measuring my pulse which gave me 108bpm. So I'm not freaking out as much about my resting heart rate.. |

I hope my meds come soon. I want to go to sleep. Never quite got rid of my headache today. So I guess it wasn't due to needing caffeine and nicotine. I'm so worried about my friend's foot. I hope the doctor says it's healing tomorrow.

The psych ward couldn't find the reason as to why my heart rate goes up to 130bpm when I stand up. I'm skinny enough but don't exercise.
"Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a condition in which a change from lying to standing causes an abnormally large increase in heart rate." "Treatment may include avoiding factors that bring on symptoms, increasing dietary salt and water, compression stockings, exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medications.[1] Medications used may include beta blockers, pyridostigmine, midodrine, or fludrocortisone.[1] More than 50% of people whose condition was triggered by a viral infection get better within five years.[3] About 90% improve with treatment.[3] It is estimated that 0.5 to 3 million people are affected in the United States.[2] The average age of onset is 20 years old and it occurs more often in females." So I think I've figured this out because oddly enough it started when I was 20. I should probably see a doctor but the nurses in the psych ward were always freaking out about it and it scared me.. I think this could be the reason for my anxiety. |

"48% of people with POTS report chronic fatigue"
HAHAHHAHA I could have figured it out.. Edit: "In up to 50% of cases, POTS is associated with recent viral illness.[1] It may also be associated with physical deconditioning or chronic fatigue syndrome." |

So the cough suppressant worked great. Barely coughed. Now it’s worn off and it’s too close to bed time for another. At least I know they work. Tomorrow I will plan better so it gets me through the evening.
The break in coughing was just what my side needed. A blessed rest. It hurts like hell now that I’m coughing again but will do better tomorrow. I pray I don’t have to go anywhere because the idea of putting on a bra is most unappealing. I didn’t think I’d make it for Easter dinner lol. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety
