Your union rep doesn’t sound encouraging at all. Is this the union rep where ya work or this the guy that over sees them? Union reps are suppose to be in meetings with you and your bosses to mediate and also be a witnesses to whatever they may say or do. Like they are suppose to advocate on your behalf instead of having your bosses belittle you about something that maybe is mental health related. Do you have a charter of human rights where you are? Because that could be a form of discrimination because you have a disability such as mental illness. and if your mental illness requires certain things like hospital stays or mental health days or sleeping through the horns in your alarm clock, until after you sleep through your whole shift. None of this would be your fault of course. You would need a doctors letter stating your condition and you can do it after the meeting or file it for human rights charter for discrimination. Of course I don’t know the whole story but it sounds like it was out of your control before you realized what happened. __________________ Love, Light and Happiness!!! |

We are having burgers, sausages and lamb kebabs. Perfect weather for it too. Lovely and hot out. Shall do my best to avoid getting sunburnt today. __________________ The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. The sun is out in full force already, I woke up 13mins ago. I am still tired maybe I will be able to go back to sleep and get more rest, who knows.
The food bank is open this week I am afraid of going there truly is going to be lots of people it’s a new month which means a hamper. I have started to plan my 3 year cake. For the Wednesday 11 instead of my actual day which is the 12. Because my keyworker is on then and there are more staff around then. Who should I invite? My sister isn’t even going to be around that day which is good, well I am still pissed about that southern Alberta trip. I wish I had 20$ more I want to get 15x the points at shoppers drug mart for PCO points i could really use them to be honest I think I would just go in there a buy a tonne load of paper products, chips and drinks(like pop or juice). It would be a honest 40$ I bet ya. __________________ Love, Light and Happiness!!! |

I’m already bored. I’m out of weed and I can’t call for at least an hour. I borrowed money off my husband because I’m broke. Payday can’t come fast enough. Friday I hope but with the holiday it may be Monday.
Well we’ve reached that age. My son is going to an all day party and skipping fireworks with us . He’ll have a great view since the house it right on the harbor. I just hope there’s no drinking. I could go for a margarita. I should have bought the supplies. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

So I did get a fitness tracker in the end. I got the Garmin Forerunner 35. Much cheaper than the Fitbit Versa.
So far I’m loving it. Tracks my steps, HR, any exercise in more detail, calories and sleep. Can connect the app to MyFitnessPal if I want too but I don’t currently use that. Also has notifications from my phone... so far I’ve got ones for phone calls, texts, emails and messenger. __________________ The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Finally went grocery shopping. Waiting for the bus now.
Got to do laundry today. Have the whole day to myself. 4 more English classes then I'm off from July 17th till September 4th when the fall semester starts! __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Good afternoon/evening everyone. How are things going today?
Happy 4th! I'm doing okay. Realised I have too much reliance on sugar...I cut it out for 3-4 days and I seriously have felt terrible in terms of craving sugar and tiredness. Got some today and I feel mostly normal again. Otherwise I am better than last night for now. Hopefully it stays that way. What's everyone up to? |

My therapist sounds like a good therapist from first impression. Just wasn't really sure what to say. Maybe I don't need to say anything.
