Had a good psych meeting. Just went over how things were. The psych is going to suggest either put me back up to 60mg of Latuda or add something else to 40mg Latuda. She was suggesting low dose of seroquel.

I asked her about a diagnosis and she said it’s not really specific but she would put me on the bipolar spectrum and the schizophrenia spectrum. Not that I have schizophrenia just somewhere along there. She wouldn’t quite classify me as schizoaffective.

But yeah it went well. I see my regular doctor next week.

I lost my job today. I must say though, my union rep was really nice and she definitely fought my corner. To be honest I think my manager's boss wanted to get rid of me regardless of what was said in the meeting today. My union rep asked me if I wanted to appeal their decision and if I did she would be more than happy to help. She also gave me her personal mobile phone number, which I thought was nice. I'm not sure what to do now because they dismissed me on medical grounds. I guess if I go for an interview at a different place that maybe should keep quiet about my schizophrenia?

I do keep quiet about mine. if it comes up somehow (some jobs want to know if I'm on disability) I tell them I have ptsd. I've found that saying just that is sufficient enough and more acceptable (as Fd up that is!)

Oh and she said that she even sees that I’m better than when she met me in October. So that’s good. I mean obviously I’m not great but better. I do feel better than I did.
