Only SP liked this purchase? Have none of you had bibimbop? It's so tasty and healthy! They put mushrooms, white or brown rice, zucchini, carrot trimmings, some other green vegetable, an over medium egg, and tofu (but you can get beef with it instead of course). It's amazing. I think it's a Korean dish.

I have not had bibimbop, but now that you described it, it sounds good, except for the tofu because I don't really like tofu.
