I love the idea of working overtime and getting more money but man my brain hurts by the end of working a full day I couldn’t stand to stay any longer.

Good afternoon/evening everyone. How are things going?
I'm okay. It's quite hot (for here) today. 90F. Almost breaking record temps. Otherwise my wife and I went to the store and sulked in the air conditioner during the trip to and from in the car. I started buying stuff for eating as suggested by the dietitian. Surprisingly affordable. I got quite a bit of food for only 13€. Have my appointment for the driver's license exchange tomorrow. Otherwise not much going on. What's everyone up to today? |

I was exercising outside for like 3 weeks. I stopped cuz it got too hot and i started getting heat sickness. Its gonna be in the 100’s for 2 weeks.
I was exercising in the morning before the sun came up because thats when it was the coolest. Now its getting where its 90 even with the sun rising. Gonna not work out. Too hot. And i do not have a gym membership. No money for that. Really wish i had a treadmill in my house. Too expensive. Not sure what to do too much. I get really sick in the summer due to heat.......but id like to lose a bit for the vacation....i already have due to not having enough food in the house as it is.
