I downloaded Tapatalk and went to "Getting started" on then clicked "PTSD bipolar" then "Psych Central" popped up so I clicked that then it said "People to follow" and there was 5 names and "JunkDNA" was one of them.

I have to listen to instrumental (often scifi soundtracks) music to get my emotions at a dull roar. Would a coffee help you? It use to help me. If you ever want book suggestions i got them. I asked some pretty big names in philosophy on Twitter and I'm for sure goiung to get a few of the books.  Here's a link to the Tweet, if you can't see it I can list them on here if you're interesting. If you're having trouble with focus you might enjoy an Audio lecture series. The Great Courses have a few great courses. The Great Ideas of Philosophy by Daniel Robinson changed my life. It's 60 lectures that are about 30 minutes a piece. He's an Oxford Professor. I got the lectures from bit torrent but they often go on sale on the Great Courses if you can't get bit torrent to work. If you just want audiobooks I have a lot of fantasy and sci fi suggestions. You can get a SCRIBD account and listen to all the audiobooks you want for 10 bucks a month I think it is. That's a steal because usually audiobooks are expensive as hell. They seem to be the most expensive media there is, especially when you get into graphic audiobooks (which I think are lame, they have sounds and music, but it's all a distraction to me).

That rules out the gallbladder now. I used to take Prilosec when I had the pancreatic cyst. I don't know if it ever helped me. Nowadays if I can, I get a Pepcid and that helps with my pain and nausea (I only have it intermittently ).

Morning. Feeling pretty bad. Got up at 230 with pain then started puking. Went back to sleep until 415 and have thrown up 2 additional times. My head feels like it’s in a vice. I wonder if it’s the tramadol or just my usual stomach problems. No matter what it is I feel awful.

I'm scheduled for 96 hours for the next 2 weeks. that's 48 hours a week. 16 hours overtime. I get 2 days off in the next 14 days!!!
oh well my paycheck will be good. they've hired 2 new girls. I'm pretty sure they're gonna fire one of my coworkers.... but she's like my favorite one so I'm a lil sad __________________
