Could you try volunteering? That would help you get some sort of experience, it doesn't pay of course but it may make you feel good about helping people and give you an idea of how much stress you can handle

Yea i really should.

And some volunteer positions only do work once a week. My position at petsmart only was one day a week.

I will look into that. Thank you.

Good luck with partial tomorrow. I had to skip php in 2013 because there was no free transportation. I can relate. It's good to see you.

I took half a tiz at 6:15, and I guess I'm calmer. I only have one Ativan left here and I don't remember taking it very often at all. My things keep getting stolen. I hope not my drugs.

All last week, I lost my good pliers, two of my good pairs of sunglasses, and maybe some other stuff. Over the summer I had a bunch of candy stolen. And my phone was stolen way back in the early part of 2018. I'm keeping a list.

The person I suspect is the thief worked today but stayed away from me. Also last week she began going through my garbage, which was weird as hell. I still haven't reported last week's thefts and I'd better get on it (hopefully tomorrow).

I'm taking work off tomorrow to rest before my doctor's appointment on Friday. Feeling quiet terrible with my POTS. It's like taking work off wont make much of a difference. I decided to not take the fluoxetine until I see the doctor because it could make everything worse also he/she might want to try something else.

When they make me stand up to take my blood pressure and heart rate I freak out.

This is all what my life is now. Doctor's appointments and worrying about my heart as well as dissociation occasionally.

ER doctor said it could be the Invega and if I tried Cogentin. I did take cogentin before but then I needed reading glasses. I wonder if it would help me.

Talk with me. Tell me all about your sleep patterns. I've had to deal with royally screwed sleep patterns for a year. I've learned a lot, maybe I can give you some some laymen advice.

I talked to my doctor a bit about how I had upped my dose last time myself from 60mg to 80mg of Latuda without discussing with him. He said it wasn’t a great idea but since it’s something he would have agreed to do if I asked he can’t be too mad. I feel kind of bad for it for being reckless but I guess I don’t regret it...? I’m glad he’s not worried about me as much anymore. I’m doing good. Just gotta keep on it.

It's just chaotic and unpredictable. I'll sleep normal one day. Then stay up for 40 hours and fall asleep for just 6 hours, then the next time I'll sleep for anywhere from 12-17 hours, it's all over the place

Regarding sleep medication:

Benadryl as a sleep med works for the short term. I worked for me for four months then it completely stopped, even if I took 300mgs it wouldn't work. So it's not a long term fix--unless you don't build up a tolerance. Usually, with Benadryl, a tolerance begins to build up after just 3 days.

For me I have hypomania constantly. Always. So i have to take either AP's or mood stabilizers. Some AP's act on two fronts for sleep. Seroquel makes one drowsy in the short run and also suppresses mania in the long run. Geodon helped me sleep for the first month and then it quit working.

Another short term fix is a benzo. My dr thinks restoril is the best benzo for sleep because it's half life is perfect at 7hours. Xanax stops at like 40 minutes. Klonopin's half life is way to long at 36 hours.
Thanks for this!

Yeah, I had it once. My ex girlfriend gave me one and I took it, and apparently we had great sex she said the next morning. I didn't remember anything. That scared me so I wont ever use it again.

If it' just spotty, like once a week I'd give Benadryl a try. It's cheap as dirt. Try just 25 mgs, but make sure your morning isn't pact because you may feel groggy. I take 100mgs of Benadryl every once in awhile because of my tolerance.

It's a CNS Central Nervous system depressant, not emotion wise but nerve wise. It'll giv eyou a warm lik feeling as you get tired. If that doesn't help then maybe an AP like seroqul.
Thanks for this!
