So my friend said that only his memories with me have been good, otherwise all he has are painful memories.

I'm glad he loves me because I love him but I wish his life hadn't been so hard on him.

He was wearing a hat that a former girlfriend knitted for him. One that I only just heard of today. I thought I'd heard about all of them by now.

He bought a pack of straws for me, for use at the cafe lol. I took it with me when we left.

Anyway, I was thinking before today that I'd really like to learn to knit. But I already have an expensive hobby.

Hello everyone. How are things going today?

I’m okay. At my partner’s place for the weekend and going back home tonight. Had a good time. We went to a retro game themed club and I played some laser tag there. Was a blast except for two problems; I’m pretty sure this game signaled I have asthma of some form, I needed to use my inhaler part way through cause of constant movement and fog. Second was when I play these games I get intense; I will crouch, move under cover quickly, am systematic in playing style. It all made my legs hurt quite a lot. So much so that I reassigned my seat on the bus from the second floor to the first. So I don’t get hurt going up or down the steep stairs. Then having my wife pick me up from the bus station....

But all in all I had a good weekend. All bad things aside.

What’s everyone up to?

Morning! Ugh...finished work at 9:30. I sure hope things pick up soon. I need the brain stimulation and the money dont hurt.
I don’t have anything going on. Don’t even think I’ll need to leave the house.
I feel kind of “off” today. Can’t really explain it. I’m not depressed or anxious or symptomatic in any way...I just feel like something is off.
Oh well this too shall pass.

I've been watching One Step Beyond episodes on YouTube. There's also a wealth of Alfred Hitchcock Presents on YouTube. And a bunch of other old shows I like.

I think I need to take a nap now though.

Hey guys,

My day is going okay.

Just got off the phone with my GP. I’ve got an appointment tomorrow morning to discuss my issues with alcohol. Wish me luck!

Hey guys,

Update about eating healthy, I think I start feeling the benefit. Body doesn’t feel as heavy as usual and it makes me go to restroom regularly. I’m not sure whether I lost weight yet but I noticed that my tummy is smaller. Will know about my weight when I visit my doc at the end of this month as I don’t have any good scale in my house. It feels like a small achievement tbh, it makes me feel good about myself. It’s small but for me it’s an achievement nonetheless.

Congrats Roll Call 143
That’s awesome!
Don’t worry about the scale...all that matters is how you feel. The weight will happen

Afternoon

I think my depressive episode has finally lifted. Today was the first day i actually multitasked with cooking, taking my meds, making coffee, and calming down the pets, etc and i enjoyed it. Normally i wouldve stayed in bed, but i did it!

We will see if i can get back to work.
