I called my PDOC's office and I do have an appointment tonight. I don't know why I didn't get a phone call reminder but at least I'm on the schedule. This makes me feel a little more relaxed. HUGS Kit

Heya,
I’ve had a pretty good day. I slept in a bit after being up late for chat last night. Went to shops and then I’ve just been chilling on PS4 with my friend all day. (His contract just ended so he’s now unemployed too for the moment) Just had dinner and now I’m going to settle in for the evening and watch The West Wing. Onto series 5 now.  Hope everyone is ok!

i was showing signs of tardive dyskinesia on the haldol so they changed my meds to geodon.

Had quite a bit of work today. Was nice.
I dropped my son off to ride at 9:30 and dropped my daughter off with my aunt on the way. So it’s been quiet. Daughters on her way home now though. It’s like 30 and my sons still riding. He’s nuts. Kinda want to do something but I don’t know what. My husband gave me some money for the week with the kids so I’ll have to figure something out. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

I am so anxious right now.
 I am waiting to hear back from my aunt. I asked her for some help with replacing the stuff for my wallet. I have most of the finances gathered but just a little more to go. I also am waiting to hear from the band leader to see if going in tomorrow at the usual time will be okay or not. I get this anticipation anxiety that something will go horrendously wrong with these kind of things. I hope things work out. I hope.

I stayed up all night missed class in the morning needed to sleep now I still need to sleep and my mom is vacuuming and its driving me nuts and I cant take a Concerta without a beta blocker and it lasts too long and everything will happen again I dont want to do anything I just want to sleep!
