I've gone a whole day where the majority of my sensory input was in Finnish. That was...interesting. I want to continue it into the future. I need this kind of stimulation and learning.

for some reason lately when I'm scrolling on my phone or laptop I feel like I'm about to have a seizure. I had one several years ago but it was med related, I don't have epilepsy. It really freaks me the hell out

I don't really know to describe it. I guess it's kind of like pressure in my head the comes on suddenly and like somethings going off haywire in my brain.. It's really an odd feeling. I mean it felt the same the couple seconds when the seizure began when I was in the hospital but then I was stiff all the sudden and my eyes were moving fast then I don't remember anything after that.

I didn't take my seroquel last night. I feel a lot better but idk something might happen soon without it like a panic attack but I hope not. My psychiatrist didn't tell me to take it every night because I'm on Invega so I'll see how many days I can go without it because I slept well last night =]

My dad just said i look like im gaining more weight...bf confirmed it.

in general, life is so good, im just not paying attention to what im eating.

I noticed myself gettng winded more. Ugh.

Slept good. 10 - 9:15 lol.
Feeling much better today. I have got to stay away from meat and dairy. It’s so hard...mostly the dairy.

Went grocery shopping. Got stuff for super bowl sunday. Since bf is into sports. Will be watching it with him tonight. But im going to bed early at 9. So yea.

Im so embarrassed!!! I got beer for the bf and i went through self checkout. The lady had to take it away from me cuz it was too early for beer! I hope i not the only one to make that mistake!

Do you live in a dry county or partially dry or something? When I lived in Kentucky I was in a dry county and they wouldn't sell any alcohol at all on Sundays. Everyone just drove 45 minutes to Louisville to get their alcohol lol
