I was recently diagnosed OSDD. I was curious though if I have this. Do you guys have chatter and I dont mean auditory hallucinations. I mean just random weird thoughts that pop in your head like I dont want to be touched there, dont stab me in the stomach etc. Do you answer yourself like I am really congested, you should go to the doctor. Things like that?

I’m not entirely sure what osdd is but what you’re describing I think I call intrusive thoughts. I tend to get random bad things I ignore like hey don’t put your hand in the garbage disposal or what would happen if you poke your eyes out or stuff like that. As far as I know it’s not a part of psychosis though. I think it’s more commonly associated with ocd.
