Does anyone else experience delusions? Mine are so crippling that I can't go anywhere

I think someone is spying on me all the time and that random people on the street are following me. I am able to go out but not drive.

I sometimes think that this alien guy named Obbi is after my conscience, my food is poisoned, or that lights/bugs are following and watching me.
