Phew...feeling SO much better. My Henry checked out Roll Call: 146 at the vet. I had basically convinced myself that they were going to tell me he had cancer. Like so convinced I took an Ativan and had my son drive because i was shaking. Idk why I do these things to myself. He’s not been sick or anything but my head starts going a million miles an hour and I can’t stop thinking abt the things I love most getting ripped away by death.
They said there is nothing preventative I can do for his hind end. Just kinda have to wait until he exhibits symptoms and then treat him. That doesn’t really sit well with me so I’m consulting a couple dog crazies I know, love and above all trust. They both have had extensive experience w/elder larger dogs. I sadly don’t know enough about supplements and such on my own. The last senior dog I had was teeny tiny so no back end issues. Before that was my mom’s dog that we took over and she was already being treated w/glucosamine and chondriten (sp?). And a prescription med for pain and stiffness. It wasn’t until she almost died that I started learning about dog nutrition and health. I didn’t know enough to question what I was shoving down my dogs throat or why. I just did what I was told.
Anyway...Tomorrow I get the results of his blood tests. Roll Call: 146
Roko goes in 2 weeks. Ugh.

When you are shaking like that, is it possible to function or be content and think about good things that you're being taken care of and safe?

The most I was shaking was when my heart was beating too fast after starting Prozac. That was when I was like 16-17. My mom drove me to the hospital and I was shaking like crazy in the car. I was up for 3 days.

They gave me a clonazepam and I melted into bed and woke up so relieved.

But that type of panic I could function idk... I'm just trying to distinguish actual panic attacks from psychedelic flashbacks (Which are much worse as if I'm completely mentally retarded)..

Yes, it was helpful. When I'm agitated like that it's hard to make myself have patience and do that but I always feel better when I do

Anyone hear of Habitica? It's a site where you can set up/track habits and stuff but it's made as if you level up in a game, you earn "gold" for habits streaks and whatnot, and you can spend that gold on things like different hairstyles for your avatar. It's really cool

Habitica - Gamify Your Life

It's been two days and they haven't refilled my prescription yet. I took two half doses of Geodon on AP, but there is no more for today. I think I'll be fine tonight. After work Ill call the place if I haven't gotten a text from my pharmacy that they have it ready for pick up.

Possible trigger:

I had my podcast on loudspeaker and was walking past an old man on the road and joe rogan started talking about tentacle porn and "Octopuses banging chicks" and he looked at me with disgust and I started laughing.

Hey everyone. How are things going?

I’m okay. Had a good conversation about stuff with the nurse till the TV got weird on me and started telling me the apocalypse was coming. Then the voices saying the nurse was after me and the chairs and fruits on the table turned to life. I also lost track of where I was, I didn’t know I was in the hospital. She said go to the room and listen to some music to deal with the voices. Sigh. This is all scary.

Morning. It’s almost Friday!
Nothing much going on today. Finished work for the morning. This week sucks work wise.
Waiting for some packages Roll Call: 146 to come in. 3 pairs of shoes, 2 books, a pair of pjs, and contact solution. All should be delivered today.
I’m feeling a little nauseous this morning. Maybe too much coffee on an empty stomach. Not pleasant.
I’m tired so I’m hoping to get some sleep. I haven’t been able to fall asleep the past few nights. It’s been well at midnight. My mind and body need more that 5 - 6 hrs of sleep.
Hope everyone has a nice day free of symptoms and side effects!

My headphones will be charged in just another ten minutes. Can't do anything until then.

I'm upset about something involving my friend and I've been very depressed all week.

Good morning. Going skiing today. Took 2 ativan (Like my mom suggested), a xanax and a seroquel and passed out at 12am, woke up at 9am. Good sleep.

Drank a coffee and two caffeine pills to wake me up. I'm kind of awake. Best I can do..
