If anyone wants to talk to a mental health counselor for free, theres a company on facebook messenger called Wellnite. They claim its part bot part human. So youre not completely talking to a bot. Apparently its free they say. Probably cuz its part bot.

Good morning everyone. My parents are coming home today which I'm glad, but they texted me and said they have a flat tire--that sucks! It's going to delay them getting home. They've been visiting my sister, her husband, and her five children. It's been hard adulting while they have been gone. Cooking and cleaning for myself, and taking care of all the pets, it's hard, but I did it. I just hope they make it back today because it's easier when they are home. The desire to SH is really strong and intense. I have made a commitment to not SH until Pentecost and then my T told me, you can always change your mind. Why would she say that? It just makes me feel like why did I commit? I haven't had too many hallucinations in the past 24 hours so that's a good thing. And strangely, I haven't been paranoid with my parents gone. I just let the dog sleep with me and all was well. HUGS Kit

The only wellnite I can find costs $35 a month.....

They say it’s free on the site too but there is a monthly fee for the service and that’s a free add on once you have the service.

Hey Kit, you're doing a great job keeping up with everything! and the fact that you haven't self harmed is awesome, I know it can be very tempting. I used to SH for many years and know it's difficult to stop. I'm not sure why your therapist said that but remember that you're doing it for yourself and it's an important goal

most ****ed up visit from the hospital i've ever had...

first there was a staff member come **** faced drunk. we told other staff and they didn't do **** about it!

then i had a visit from my sister and my stepmom when i was in there. they turned them away because they didn't come 15 minutes early for the visit... despite them calling BEFORE hand BEFORE it was 15 minutes early and they were extremely rude. **** Rivers VIsta **** that place.

Pdoc appointment went well. Off the Haldol and Cogentin now. Gonna see how I do with only one AP until my next visit.

is it bad that i plan on just taking my 80mg of geodon instead of my 20mg just for some relief from these dumb *** spirits even though it does nothing for it am I'm just batshit crazy?

**** guys...my Henry has Lyme disease

I just ran to the vet to have the quantitative test taken. It tests the level of infection and for the million other tick borne illnesses. Just in case he has something else too. I won’t hear anything back until Saturday.
I’m so sad. He was tested and vaccinated against Lyme last year and has been wearing the Soresto collar since. He is literally afraid to be outside. He spends maybe 10 minutes outside a day. Seriously he does his thing and bolts back to the door.
I’m sick with the feels.
I ****ing love my dog like he’s human.
