I'm unsure if they are real or not. I think I have a chip implanted in my head. The voices are talking about such specific things, and about my situation.
I'll think a thought and they will go on about it. I've never heard of voices being this specific and descriptive. Like I just wrote the word descriptive and forgot it was an i not an e and the voices commented on how i can't even spell that. Do I actually have a chip in my head, and voices are being transmitted to me, or is it all in my head. How are these voices so specific? Is this entire nightmare real? I also have all kinds of scary conversations. I had one guy tell me I know too much and they want to make an example out of me. In the midst of this conversation the same guy said poster is dead and they are coming for me. Is it all real after all? I'm terrified.

You don’t have a chip chips can’t cause voices.....have you seen a psychiatrist? They can help you.

I went to pet my cat, and I heard a voice say I have more empathy for my cat than a human being, stuff like that. The voices are telling me how I'm going to be tortured in horrible ways. I have no idea what to think.

Unfortunately to get rid of the voices you need a medicine called an antipsychotic...

Probably not real, I agree that you need an antipsychotic to get rid of the voices and thinking there's a chip in your head.

I agree with all the posts made in response. You are likely having delusional thinking. When I was sick the thoughts directed towards me were mean and critical.
