Doing well right now. Going to go to coffee connections and talk to my community outreach worker on Monday and see about getting a part time job somewhere.
Possible trigger:
Possible withdrawal of benzos soon. If I can't do it, I'll use medical assistance. I'm really sick of panic attacks.. I don't take the time that I'm not panicking for granted anymore. It's like sometimes I feel like I'm going completely insane. Not in a good place but I'm trying to get my life together. Getting a job, going to school.. Doing something.. I just feel scared and I sabotage myself all the time.. I have bad coping mechanisms. I'll call my therapists office on Monday too and make an appointment with my addictions counsellor. I just have small setbacks.. |

Only had 2 regular coffees today, other 2 were decaf. I think that's an improvement from 8 or more regular cups a day

I never found the one in Brooklyn. The last time I went to the zoo was with my best friend in Chicago. She was trying to quit smoking that day so she might not have had a good time.

Time goes so fast here. All the days blur. But I don't have much time left anymore. The past 20 years sped by. In 20 years I'll be 80. But I don't think I'll make it. My lungs are so overcome with emphysema that I can barely move when I don't get my inhaler. So I have to be prepared to go.

Hey guys!
Had a good day. Went out shopping with my husband the kids. The boys got all their summer stuff and I got my daughter all those crappy things that are no fun to pay for...like bras lol. Took freaking forever for my husband to decide between dark gray and medium gray... Now I’m just doing doing laundry and hanging out. __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

I feel so empty now that my book, part one, is completed. That was my existential solution for so long, and now, I'm giving a heavy sigh because I still want to tweak something. I started to work on part 2, and wow, it's bad so far lol. Also, I made a mistake and used a work of kant's in a translation that isn't in the public domain so im going to have to do that completely over. Also, I have to write a second preface for part 2 which Im at an impasse at.
out of the 15 chapters in part two, probably about 10 of them I have a pretty good start. I just have to work on David Hume, Francis Bacon, Descartes, Kant and Darwin. That's a lot really though. Plus I have over chapters with story and plot that I already started. I miss working on part 1 though... |

Maybe the agitation is from caffeine withdrawal?

Washed all my bedding today including pillows.
Felt so nice to crawl into a soft, warm, yummy smelling bed. My husband has the stove going so it’s really nice in here tonight. Wish it were Saturday so I could hang out. I have my physical tomorrow morning. Joy. Nothing else going on. I’m pretty tired...my eyes are heavy. Hoping to sleep well. Night! __________________ Schizoaffective, PTSD, Anxiety

Fatigue is another dreaded symptom of caffeine withdrawal. Caffeine improves energy and reduces drowsiness by blocking adenosine receptors. Adenosine is a neurotransmitter that can cause fatigue in some circumstances. Once caffeine is eliminated, many people feel tired and fatigued.
Caffeine withdrawal can occur in anyone who regularly consumes caffeine and then abruptly discontinues its use. Common symptoms include headache, fatigue, low energy, irritability, anxiety, poor concentration, depressed mood and tremors, which can last anywhere from two to nine days. =] |

I'm drunk and high. My mom is drunk and high. My sister is high on her bf and cares less if my mom is drunk and high and would care less if she knows I'm drunk and high. My moms bf is drunk and is taking care of her while she is drunk and high.
